Christine (Kiki) has 29 years of service as a Senior Logistics Officer in the Canadian Armed Forces. She also served with the Special Forces, Canadian Public Safety, and in the health field as a Personal Support Worker. She is a Certified Professional Coach, member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), and Certified Coach in neurolinguistics programming, a NOVA Profile 2.0, EQi and EQ360, and Psychological Safety Team Evaluator consultant.

With five deployments to her credit, including Bosnia, Afghanistan, and the Canadian North, and many postings from France to Yellowknife, she has filled various roles that have given her a unique perspective on practical leadership, teamwork, and communication.

She always strives to have a positive impact on the people around her. She uses her active listening skills to guide clients in their development and self-discovery. She is an avid learner who constantly seeks to improve her personal and professional skills in order to give her clients the best possible experience.

She has been married to Louis-Philippe (who is also a veteran) for over 29 years and together, they have raised four children through the challenges of multiple operations and assignments around the world.

Christine is a present, generous, and committed leader. She is an avid volunteer. She is sympathetic and accessible, and she is skilled at putting people at ease. She is an inclusive, empathetic leader who loves meeting new people.

She loves hiking, cross-country skiing, biking, and traveling!
