DIAKI’s Customized Process
Assessing Needs and objectives
During the first meeting, we help our clients identify their real needs and which of DIAKI’s services; workshop, coaching program, or conference workshop, would best respond to their objectives.
Once the objective is established, we go to the drawing board and create a tailor-made solution, which is validated by the client.
Individual or team assessment
If identified as part of the solution in the validation process, a behavioural assessment is conducted amongst participants.
Delivery of an energetic, experiential and impactful workshop, coaching program session or conference workshop.
We believe that, in order to have a long-term impact, we must overcome the forgetting curve. To achieve this, we conduct personalized follow-ups for a period of at least two months.

The NOVA profile is a real gift for you, whether it's to create a resume or to improve your introspection in everyday life. Christine did a very good job of dissecting the "why" of the results while using a Socratic method to invoke critical thoughts of introspection. With the help of good and sometimes humorous examples, she is able to reference the various categories, in order to facilitate the understanding of the facets of personality and motivation. A very practical tool for individuals, but even more advantageous for teams who want to improve their efficiency!
I met Christine at an event we were both volunteering at. I told her how I wanted to switch professions and didn't know enough about myself and which profession to look at. Christine provided the Nova Profile assessment to help better understand the person I am currently. This test did not take more than 20 minutes to complete and the results were surprisingly accurate. CFJSR has now run three serials of inclusive leadership training with DIAKI experiences and is in the middle of a fourth with a desire to run more. The facilitators and coaches running this course have provided excellent insight to CFJSR members through self awareness, awareness of others and psychological safety. The tools they provide to leaders from MCpl to Maj have enhanced Unit, Sub-unit, Troop, and Section level dynamics in creating a safe environment to express opinions up and down the chain of command in a constructive manner. I would recommend this training to Junior Leaders and Executive Management as it applies universally and can work with a modified curriculum. The first-class training provided by the DIAKI team has changed the lives and careers of members on the course and those they lead for the better. The feedback from trainees has been overwhelmingly positive. I truly believe this training is a significant piece of the way forward for enhancing CAF leadership in a modern workforce.
This course exceeded my expectations; it was an eye-opening experience on how to create a great team atmosphere and inclusive environment. With the communication, interaction and inclusive thinking mentality tools that were provided and how to implement them will benefit my career and allow me to become an improved, well-rounded, and inclusive leader.
